So, the verdict is out: Google will no longer have any Belgian newspaper stories or articles published in Google News. Big win for those Belgian newspapers? They may feel like they have had a victory now, but I’m willing to bet that they will seriously regret their decision to sue in the near future. Why they filed the suit in the first place is a huge mystery to me. Google was linking the headline of the story to their newspaper’s websites. I wish Google had more links to my websites. Can anyone shed some light on the Belgians for me?
